Summary: We stayed at the deluxe apartment and although it was pretty that was about it. The AC was broken and when I called, they told me there were no ACs in the apartment even though we could see the units installed, and we should just open the windows. This was obviously inconvenient being that we were in the town center so it got very noisy at night and the streets often smelled like sewage. Since the hotel is located in the town centre, there very limited parking options so we had to use the underground parking garage which they charged 20 euros a night for. We didn’t opt for the breakfast as it would have been another 20 euros per person per day. Since we stayed at the apartment it was a separate building from the hotel and you would think that paying more for the apartment meant better services but nope. It seems that there was an up-charge for any service that would normally be included with the regular hotel rooms, for example we had to pay for daily housekeeping if we wanted our rooms cleaned daily. Also the parking garage at multiple times wouldn’t open with the access card and they also charged us for parking on our check out day. Overall this was not a good hotel stay, the only positive was that it was situated very close to restaurants, cafes and markets so it was nice to explore the town. If you’re thinking of staying here I would opt for the basic hotel rooms. We had no choice but to get the apartment as it seemed like the only comfortable option for a family of 3
